VALSPAR TRADE’S COLLEGE TOUR AIMS TO INSPIRE AND EDUCATE

Recognising an opportunity to offer painting and decorating students something a little different, Valspar Trade has developed a hands-on workshop focused on colour, which can be delivered on site at any painting and decorating college in the UK, by one of our Trade Sales Specialists.
The course covers how paint is manufactured and the technicalities of colour matching - and gives an introduction to colour psychology. We’ve worked hard to ensure the content is interesting and engaging and the workshop includes product demos and an interactive quiz – plus all students take away a goodie bag that includes branded merchandise and a 2.5ltr paint voucher.

Testimonials
“I am hoping the Valspar Team found the day as enjoyable, as our students did -I would like to thank every single one of the team – and would like to know if they would come back in our new academic year and offer this fab and unique opportunity to our new P&D students?”
New City College
“The session went really well; Richard and Lucy were brilliant. The students were up for it and engaged in the session. I hope we can do it again with the new intake of students next year. Thank you very much.”
Truro & Penwith College
“The session went really well. The learners were engaged and listened to everything. The presentation was well devised as it involved the learner's interaction. It was good to see them all with their phones scanning the QR codes and then completing the activity. I was surprised at the amount of knowledge the learners had when they broke into groups for the quizzes. A really well-planned session that everyone enjoyed. Many thanks to your team for an excellent session.”
South Gloucestershire and Stroud College
“Just messaging to say thank you on behalf of Exeter college, the students and myself for all your help setting up the event. It went really well; the students enjoyed it and were all really buzzing afterwards. Hopefully this might be a regular event.”
