Rated 1 out of 5 by from Avoid Painted my ceiling with valspar perfect white finish in soft sheen and showed to many imperfections so I decided to do it mat,used valspar brilliant white as an undercoat I then used Valparaiso perfect white Matt and when it dried has started cracking.the whole place is now a disaster and will probably need to get ceiling skimmed.
